What the fuck is a bullet journal? The answer is very simple. It's a customizable planner to help you get your shit together. My best friend introduced me to the bullet journal method a few years ago and since then I have not been able to live without it. And I go through two a year. Most all daily planners you buy come all junked up with pre-printed calendars, places for notes, cheesy quotes and the like. Blank journals are usually lined or left blank altogether. The bullet journal is unique in that it is dotted and allows you to draw your own lines, boxes, graphs, and doodles.
As will see on my class descriptions I ask you to buy a Leuchtturm1917 Hardcover Medium A5 Dotted Notebook. It's the bullet journal... just not the official bullet journal that cost 10-15 bucks more. You can buy one HERE. I ask that all my students learn to use the bullet journal method to track their progress through training. The great thing is that you can create multiple sections for different courses creating new objectives as you go. Nothing in life is set in stone, and things never go the way you think they will. That's life. Using the bullet journal method will keep you working in the present moment allowing you to ponder and problem solve/resolve as you go. When you sign up for one of my courses I will show you in a video how to set up your journal to maximize your productivity through the lessons. Another thing I LOVE about having a journal is it is private. I am weary of journaling online or in apps due to privacy concerns especially if I am talking about masturbating, sex, and magic. There is a good reason to keep your most private explorations confined to your bullet journal tucked away under lock and key.
