Everybody knows that dance is the best form of exercise. Ballet dancers have beautifully defined musculature due to the training the practice every day. In this video series, we will condition our bodies in the exact same way professional ballet dancers train. We will practice Pilates mat which is done on the floor on a Yoga mat and there is no apparatus needed. Then standing on the mat or on a smooth surfaced floor you will learn the center ballet barre - ballet exercises that do not require a barre to hold on to. We will improve our posture, strengthen the body with ballet calisthenics, and optimize our range of motion.
