Your Guardian Angel
Oh most Holy Angel of God, appointed by God to be my Guardian, I give you thanks for all the benefits which you have ever bestowed on me in body and soul. I praise and glorify you that you condescended to assist me with such patient fidelity, and to defend me against all the assaults of my enemy. Blessed be the hour in which you were assigned me for to be my Guardian, my defender, and my patron. In acknowledgment and return for all your loving ministries to me, I offer you the infinitely precious and noble Heart of Jesus, and firmly purpose to obey you henceforward, and most faithfully to serve my God. Amen.
St. Michael the Archangel
St. Michael the Archangel defend us in the day of battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him. We humbly pray, and do thou, Oh prince of the heavenly host cast into hell Satan and all other evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
St. Raphael the Archangel
Glorious Archangel St. Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide for those who journey by land, or sea, or air, Consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners. I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you once helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the “medicine of God” I humbly pray you to heal many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favor (say your request) and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
St. Gabriel the Archangel
Oh most glorious prince of heaven court, most excellent St. Gabriel, God’s Prime Minister, friend of Jesus, and most favored by his holy mother Mary. Defender of the church, advocate for mankind, you who so favors your Devotees, teach me to love and serve, Oh glorious Gabriel, may you obtain from our Lord for me that which I want and request through this prayer for the greater honor and glory of God, and to the benefit of my soul. Amen.
St. Uriel the Archangel
Oh illustrious St. Uriel, the Archangel of God's divine justice, as you hold the heavenly scales that weigh our lives on earth, we ask you to intercede for us, that God may forgive us all our sins. Obtain for us the grace of true repentance and conversion of heart that we may be spared of the punishments we deserve. Offer our prayers to God in our search for true peace and happiness founded on truth and justice. We pray for those who are suffering inhumanities, dying because of injustice and oppression due to manipulation and exploitation. We also pray for our less fortunate brothers and ourselves for the following intentions (make your request). Present to God the Father all these petitions through Jesus Christ our Lord together with the Holy Spirit forever and ever. Amen.
The Angelic Crown
Oh God come to my assistance. Oh Lord, make haste to help me. Glory be to the Father, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Dear St. Michael the Archangel, At the hour of my death hold prisoner the evil one, so he may not do battle against me and do harm to my soul.
Dear St. Gabriel the Archangel, Bring me a lively faith from God filled with hope, charity, and love for the living eucharist Jesus.
Dear St. Raphael the Archangel, Lead me ever on the road of virtue and perfection and never let me stray.
Dear St. Uriel the Archangel, As you warned Noah before the coming of the flood, please warn me of any danger that would lead me to sin.
Dear Seraphim, Obtain for me a burning love for God and set my heart on fire for his perfect charity.
Dear Cherubim, Obtain for me a true awareness of the common of Saints to practice their abandonment of sin, and walk their path of perfection.
Dear Thrones, Obtain for me a true peace and tranquility of heart by infusing in me true and sincere humility.
Dear Dominions, Obtain for me victory over all evil thoughts by giving me the grace to control my desires to follow harmful passions.
Dear Powers, Obtain for me strength over all evil spirits through God's grace so I will not be snared or tempted by the evil one.
Dear Virtues, Obtain for me obedience and perfect justice so I will not fall into temptation and be delivered from evil.
Dear Principalities, Obtain for me plenitude of all virtues and perfection by filling my heart with the desire for truth and obedience.
Dear Archangels, Obtain for me conformity to the will of God so I may persevere in faith and be inspired to do good works.
Dear Choir of Angels, Sing into me a docile heart, true humility, and great confidence in Divine mercy and lead me home to the land of the living.
Dear Guardian Angel, Obtain for me divine inspiration and the special grace to be faithful. Guide each moment of my earthly life and then into heaven so I may live forever with Him. Amen.
